For Centuries, sangria has been one the most popular drinks in Spain. Traditional sangria is a blend of wine and fruit flavors for a sweet and festive drink. Its origins can be traced to the southern region of Spain, where it was first used as a refreshing way to endure the summer's heat. Americans had their first sip of sangria at the 1964 World's Fair in New York. The Spanish Pavillion served the sweet and refreshing drink to thirsty visitors and it was an instant success. Sangria quickly became an essential drink of the new century. Since then, Sangria has gone from being a popular beverage seen predominantly at Spanish restaurants to its current position as the go-to drink for when friends and family get together. Whatever the occasion, keep it real with Real Sangria. Made with Premium Spanish Red Wine and natural citrus fruit flavors. 90+ Cellars Rose, France - 750 Milliliter, $11.99
Lot 33. Story: This is a real deal Rose, not the sweet pink stuff. This wine is a blend of several classic grape varieties harvested from vineyards along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and foothills of France’s Cevennes mountains. The wine receives its light, rosy color from brief contact between the juice and skins prior to a long, cool fermentation. Taste: We love the color pink especially when its tastes like this! Aromas of ripe red cherries and strawberries fill the glass along with mild flavors of fresh, wild herbs, white pepper, and watermelon. It’s an ideal choice for washing down small bites of prosciutto, marinated Mediterranean olives or crispy fried chicken. At 90+ Cellars we believe that occasion calls for a great wine. That’s the philosophy behind every wine we bottle. Great wines at a great price. So you can enjoy them anytime.

Alexander Valley Vineyards Dry Rose of Sangiovese, Sonoma County - 750 Milliliter, $19.49
Established 1962. Wetzel Family Estate. Small Sangiovese vineyards are farmed exclusively for this rose. Heavy pruning promotes even ripening while maintaining acidity and minerality in the grapes. We leave the juice in contact with the skins for a few hours to achieve the perfect pink hue, then cold ferment in stainless steel to maintain the bright flavors. Our dry Rose of Sangiovese jumps out of the glass with intense aromatics and is rich and full bodied with big flavors of strawberry, watermelon, raspberry and mint. The Wetzel Family Estate, located on the property settled in the 1840s by Alexander Valley namesake Cyrus Alexander, showcases the history, tradition and excellence of the region. Sonoma County: Sustainably farmed grapes.
