2 cups pancake mix
1 egg
1 cup milk
24 Oreo Cookies
powdered sugar, for serving
Directions
- Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep skillet to 350° F. Place the pancake mix, egg, milk and a tablespoon of oil in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Dip each cookie into the batter, and place in the oil. Fry in batches. Cook for about 1 minute per side until golden-brown. Remove with tongs, and place on paper towels. When ready to serve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
