A wine that is bold and expressive but unassuming, and approachable. It's funny how these characteristics seem to remind me of someone that I knew.

The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The Riboli family uses this technique to capture the fresh flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry.
