The mouthfeel is soft and lush and leads to a juicy and flavorful palate. This medium-plus bodied wine offers berry fruit character and crushed herb, pencil shavings and baking spice flavors. The wine is a cooler climate style aE" elegant with a rich texture and integrated, smooth tannins. With 12 months of aging in a combination of American and French oak (40% new), this Cabernet Sauvignon is well-balanced with good acidity and a lingering, flavorful finish.
