Ingredients
8 strawberries, stemmed and quartered
2 peaches, sliced
1 medium lemon, sliced
4 sprigs fresh mint (plus more for garnish)
1 (750 mL) bottle sauvignon blanc
1/2 cup peach schnapps or fruit-flavored liqueur
12 oz sparkling water, chilled
ice, for serving
Directions
  1. Place the strawberries, peaches, lemon slices and mint in a large pitcher. Pour in the wine and peach schnapps. Stir well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and allow the flavors to blend.
  2. Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water. Pour over ice. Garnish each glass with additional mint, if desired.
