Ingredients
4 fresh bakery glazed donuts
2 Tbs unsalted butter, softened
8 slices deli ham, thinly sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup raspberry jam
8 slices deli turkey, thinly sliced
powdered sugar, for serving
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Slice each donut in half horizontally like a hamburger bun. Spread the cut sides lightly with the softened butter.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the donuts cut-side down in the skillet. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly golden. Set aside. Work in batches, if needed.
  3. To assemble, layer 2 slices of ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese, 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam and 2 slices of turkey onto the bottom halves of the donuts. Top with the remaining donut halves to form 4 sandwiches.
  4. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with Simply Done® Parchment Paper. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
