Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup water
2 Tbs ketchup
1 Tbs yellow mustard
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs steak seasoning
1 (10-count) pkg refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbs sesame seeds

Directions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess fat. Stir in the water, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a 10-cup muffin pan.
  3. Separate the biscuits. Flatten each into a circle large enough to line a muffin cup. Press the biscuits into the muffin cups to form a crust.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture evenly into each biscuit cup. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle the exposed biscuit dough with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden-brown and cooked throughout. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve with your favorite burger condiments and toppings (such as shredded lettuce, pickles, ketchup or mustard).
