2 bananas
1 cup 2% milk
1 (6 oz) ctn plain yogurt
1 Tbs Nate’s® 100% Pure Raw & Unfiltered Honey
whipped topping, for serving (optional)
chocolate syrup, for serving (optional)
sprinkles, for serving (optional)
Directions
  1. Peel the bananas, and slice them. Freeze them until solid for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Add the frozen bananas, milk, yogurt and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add an extra splash of milk to reach your desired consistency. Serve the smoothie topped with whipped topping, chocolate syrup and favorite sprinkles (if desired).
