Fish Fry for Veterans – One partner volunteered to serve, cook and clean up. The event was to honor Veterans and their wives. They fed approximately 300 Veterans.

Trunk or Treat – Three partners volunteered to help with a community-wide Halloween Festival with assorted games, cake walks and treats. They helped with manning a booth to pass out candy for seven hours.

DeKalb Kiwanis BBQ Cook-Off Fundraiser – Two partners represented Brookshire Grocery Company at the annual Cook-Off Fundraiser for DeKalb Kiwanis. They volunteered for fifty hours and all proceeds benefitted their scholarship program.
