Last week, I was invited to a pool party. The hostess said another guest was bringing cheese and crackers, and she was preparing chips and queso. Clearly, we were doing snack foods, so I wanted to stay in line with what they were preparing. I decided on a Greek feta dip with pita chips.
The recipe called for Greek yogurt, which is one of my FAVORITE ingredients. The Greek Gods® Greek Yogurt in Traditional Plain has a full-bodied taste and creamy texture, so it was the perfect base for my dip. It’s the perfect balance of smooth and tart. Greek yogurt is also full of protein, and it’s delicious.

Greek Feta Dip
2 cups The Greek Gods® Traditional Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs fresh dill
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup cucumbers, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
olive oil, for drizzling (optional)
pita chips, for serving
Combine yogurt, feta, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until well-combined. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors blend. Top with chopped cucumbers and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, if desired. Serve with pita chips.
