Q: When does the rental period end?
A: Each daily rental period ends at 9 p.m. local time. If you don’t return your discs by then, you’ll be charged for another rental day.

Q: How can I get promo codes and other Redbox freebies and deals?
A: Enter your email address at checkout, or at redbox.com/email, to get on the Redbox email list. You can also “like” our Facebook page or sign up for our mobile app.
Q: How do I use my promo code?
A: 1. Pick the disc you want to rent and add it to your cart.
2. On the checkout screen, touch the PROMO CODE button and enter your code.
3. You’ll be asked to swipe your credit card to cover any additional rental days.
Q: What if I need to return my disc, but the store where I rented it from is closed?
A: You can return it to any other Redbox kiosk in the U.S. Go to redbox.com/locations to find one near you.
Q: When are new releases available?
A: New movies are added to Redbox kiosks every Tuesday. Visit redbox.com/movies to see the latest releases.
Q: What do I do if my disc is unplayable, or if the wrong disc is in the case?

Q: I’m trying to return my disc, but Redbox won’t accept it. What should I do?
A: Occasionally, a Redbox kiosk will be completely full and won’t allow you to return a disc. If that happens, you can try again later or return your disc to another Redbox location. If that’s not an option, please give us a call at 1.866.REDBOX3 (1.866.733.2693) and we can help out.
