What’s a preferred store?
It is the Brookshire’s store you pick for weekly circular specials and prices. You can change your preferred store anytime by going to the locator tab and putting in a new zip or city, state.
- For Specials, choose a category to view products; scroll up and down until you find what you want, tap “Add to List”.
- For Recipes, choose a category; scroll up and down until you find what you want, tap “Directions” for a list of ingredients, tap “Add to List” next to the ingredient you want to add.
- For Coupons, tap “Load to Card”. Coupons loaded to your card will then be added to My Shopping List.
How do I add items not on special to My Shopping List?
Tap on List. On the top right hand screen you’ll see “Add Item” button. From there you will be able to add any item. If you choose, you can put it in a category so it is organized by aisle.
How do I sync My Shopping List on my Brookshire’s App with brookshires.com?
You don’t have to do anything. Your My Shopping List is synced automatically. Note: Items checked off from the Brookshire’s App are not permanently removed from My Shopping List until they are deleted.
Why does it say “Offer Expired” next to my item?
The “Offer Expired” item was left on your list from a previous circular and is not on special this week. There is now a new circular with updated specials.
Why does it say “Offer may not be valid in this store” next to my item?
The “Offer may not be valid in this store” item is from your previously chosen “Home” store. Specials may vary from store to store.
