Brookshire’s Annual Red Oak Pep Rally – Nineteen partners volunteered to sell hot dogs, drinks and pass out footballs and megaphones for 28 hours. The purpose of the event was for the school to introduce all the winter sports.

Meals on Wheels – During the month of October, partners delivered meals to the elderly one day a week for the North Ellis County Outreach Program.

Trunk or Treat – Four partners helped hand out candy to kids for 20 hours. The goal for the event was to have a place for local kids to have a fall fest. Store provided a petting zoo.

National Night Out in Red Oak – Six partners passed out water and had games set up for the community. Also, they painted faces for 24 hours.

Back to School Fair – Partners volunteered for 98 hours to assist the Red Oak ISD handout snacks, bottles of water, and school supplies, while the parents waited in line with their kids to pick up free school supplies that were donated by the local community. This event helped families in the community with their school needs.

Community Howl – In an effort to encourage community safety, unity and customer appreciation Brookshire’s had their first Community Howl event. Other area businesses were invited to participate in a Trunk or Treat candy giveaway. Partners fed the crowd grilled hot dogs along with chips and drinks.
