Susan Komen Race for the Cure – Both Brookshire locations in Natchitoches took part in the annual Susan Komen Race for the Cure in Bossier City. Volunteers assisted in helping with the booth and walking/running in the race. Twenty-one partners worked for one hundred and five hours with all proceeds supporting breast cancer research.

Relay for Life Garage Sale – The Hwy. 1 Bypass location participated in a garage sale with all proceeds going towards their Relay for Life goal. Seven partners volunteered for thirteen hours.
