Yogurt Smoothie

A Brookshire’s Best Recipe

Serves 2

 

Ingredients:

1 cup Food Club low-fat milk

1 small container (6 oz) Food Club low-fat Strawberry Yogurt

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

 

Directions:

Blend all ingredients briefly in the blender.  Instead of strawberry, you can try blueberry, peach, banana or other fruit and yogurt flavors.
