Valentine's Day is all about sugar and spice and everything nice….but sometimes, the sugar can go way overboard. Here's a Valentine's Day dessert that focuses on sugar-free, fat-free and lighter ingredients. It's still fun, sweet, and red, red, red, so enjoy!
Light and Luscious Strawberry Angel Cake

Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 fat-free, sugar-free 8-inch angel food cake
3 (6 oz) Goldenbrook Farms Light Yogurt, strawberry flavor
1/2 gallon Goldenbrook Farms No-Sugar-Added Vanilla Ice Cream
1 (16 oz) bag frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (8 oz) tub nonfat whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
Slice the cake into 6 slices. Cut each slice in half to form a square shape. Place 1 cake square on each of 6 dessert plates. Add a dollop of yogurt and a second cake square to each serving. Top with several tablespoons of strawberries and whipped topping.
