Turkey and Tomato Wraps
Start to Finish: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 leaves firm lettuce (Boston, romaine or red leaf)
2 oz thinly sliced cooked turkey breast
1 tsp honey mustard or light mayonnaise
2 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
Directions:
Place lettuce leaves on a flat surface. Cut leaves in half lengthwise and remove center vein.
Place 1/2 oz of the turkey on each leaf just below the center. Spread honey mustard over turkey. Top with tomato slices.
Roll up, starting from a short side. Secure with wooden toothpicks.
Makes 4 wraps.
