Law Enforcement Cookout - Bossier City and Lafayette, La. April 4 and April 5 Brookshire’s appreciates the hard-working men and women of law enforcement. Texas Motor Speedway - April 11-15 Brookshire’s will be at the track to make sure that your race weekend experience is as enjoyable as possible. Brookshire’s track store, an onsite, full service grocery store with regular store pricing, will be open from 7 am daily to provide you with fresh dairy, meats, produce, fresh coffee, breakfast burritos, fresh donuts, smoked chicken, ribs and sausage! Bluebird Festival - Wills Point, Texas, April 14 Brookshire’s is pleased to be the sound equipment sponsor at the 2007 Bluebird Festival in Wills Point. Wills Point was named the bluebird capital of Texas in 1995 by Gov. George W. Bush. This year’s festival will take place April 14.
