Spinach Cheese Bake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cooked spinach

1 cup cooked mashed potato

1 Tbs grated cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Place spinach in a saucepan and cook with a bit of water for 5 minutes. Drain and puree. Combine spinach, potato and cheese. Bake 15 minutes.
