Be a trend setter.

Have you ever had sliders? That's the trendy name for mini-hamburgers. Depending on the size of your mouth, they only take a few bites to eat, and they're a lot of fun. They're perfect for kids' meals, and a novel approach for the rest of us, too.
You can make sliders at home, but most people struggle over one key element, and that's the bun. You're not going to find mini-burger buns, but you will find dinner rolls—and they're the perfect size for sliders. Heat the buns, or even steam them. Fix the perfect burger and then you're ready to go.
You can make sliders by individually shaping burgers to fit the bun, but there's an easier way. Take ground beef or turkey and spread it on a cookie sheet or baking pan. Bake until done and then cut the big burger square just like you'd cut brownies—making square sliders, exactly the size that you need. Add some ketchup, mustard and a pickle, and you'll be in slider heaven!
The great thing about Brookshire's sliders is that you control the ingredients. You can use exotic buffalo burger or angus beef. You can lower the fat content by using ground sirloin. You're in charge, so you're in control! Now that's gourmet dining, by anyone's standards!
