Simple Glaze Shrimp

If you’re having friends over and want a quick and easy—but elegant and impressive—dinner, try this recipe for glazed shrimp.
Simple Glazed Shrimp
Serves 4
Prep time: 5 minutes; Cook time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 Tbs Dijon mustard
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the shrimp. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Brush one side of shrimp with the glaze. Grill or broil one or two minutes. Turn the shrimp, brush with more glaze and cook two more minutes or until opaque.
