Puddings and Pie Fillings

You can enjoy pudding on a gluten-free diet!  Most puddings, gelatins and pie fillings use thickeners that are not wheat based. Look on the ingredient list to be sure.

 

Find brands that use a safe starch (for example, potato, corn or tapioca) as a thickener instead of wheat-based thickeners.
