The company opened its new location in Seagoville, Texas, a 31,000 square-foot store located at 125 Hall Road, on October 1.

A former Minyard store, the building allowed for space to offer pharmacy services in Seagoville. The store now features Brookshire’s traditional grocery, market, produce, bakery and deli departments, as well.

Brookshire’s hired 25 to 30 additional employees with the move. The company has operated a store in Seagoville since 1997, when it acquired its former building from Food Lion.
