Relay for Life- Mt. Vernon, Texas, May 2

Brookshire’s is partnering with the American Cancer Society to bring the 2008 Relay for Life to Franklin County. This worthwhile effort raises funds for cancer research, education and treatment.

 

Smiles Studio – Mt. Pleasant, Texas, May 2

Brookshire’s and Procter & Gamble present the Smiles Studio. Stop by Brookshire’s located at 308 Ferguson Rd. and visit our Smiles Studio on Friday, May 2nd from 4 – 8 p.m. and receive a free 4” X 6” framed photo with Dora.    

 

MDA Classic- Monroe, La., May 2

Brookshire’s will again participate in the MDA Classic. This golf tournament benefits the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

 

Relay for Life- Eastland, Texas, May 3-4

Brookshire’s is proud to be a sponsor of the 2008 Relay for Life, which is hosted by the American Cancer Society. This year’s event will be held at the Eastland school track.

Golf Tournament- Tyler, Texas, May 5

Brookshire’s is pleased to help sponsor the St. Paul Children’s Foundation golf tournament.

 

Leadership Tyler “No-Play” Golf Tournament- Tyler, Texas, May 6

Brookshire’s will sponsor this golf tournament to benefit the programs and scholarships funded by Leadership Tyler.

 

Komen Race for the Cure- Tyler, Texas, May 10

Brookshire’s is a proud sponsor of the Komen Race for the Cure. Proceeds from this race benefit breast cancer treatment, screening, education and research. This year’s race will be held at Bergfeld Park in Tyler.

 

Teacher of the Year Banquet- Tyler, Texas, May 13

Brookshire’s annually supports this event, which honors Tyler ISD educators.

 

Shattered Dreams- Whitehouse, Texas, May 13-14

This biennial event is a dynamic and visual experience that attempts to portray the pain and death caused by impaired drivers. This event takes place at Whitehouse High School.

 

Lindale Championship Rodeo- Lindale, Texas, May 14-17

Brookshire’s is a proud sponsor of the Lindale rodeo, which benefits the Lindale Chamber of Commerce.

 

Chef Challenge Cooking Contest- Crowley, Texas, May 16

Brookshire’s will again sponsor the Chef Challenge Cooking Contest for the family and consumer sciences students at Crowley High School.
