Boot Skootin’ Bowlin’—Monroe, La., March 1

Brookshire’s is pleased to sponsor the Boot Skootin’ Bowlin’ for Kids’ Sake 2008 that benefits the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Louisiana. This 10th annual fundraiser will be held at Bayou Bowl in Monroe.

 

Women’s Symphony League- Tyler, Texas, March 7

Brookshire’s is pleased to support the Women’s Symphony League as they present Moulin Rouge. The event, which provides proceeds to the East Texas Symphony Orchestra, will be held at Harvey Convention Center at 7 p.m.

 

Daffodil Festival- Camden, AR, March 7-8

Brookshire’s supports this event which includes a steak cook-off, Confederate Cemetery walk, Civil War encampment, bike show and rally, and many other great activities that attract visitors to the area. For more information, visit www.camdenfestival.com

 

Barbeque Fundraiser- Pine Bluff, March 28-29

Brookshire’s again supports the Southeast Arkansas Red Cross’s barbeque fundraiser. This fundraiser will be held at the Brookshire’s store at W. 28th & Hazel in Pine Bluff. Proceeds from this event will be used by the Red Cross in Arkansas’ southeastern counties to fund emergency disaster assistance to those affected by house fires and natural disasters.

 

Bass Pro Shops Big Cat Quest Fishing Tournament- Lake Palestine, Texas, March 29

Brookshire’s, in conjunction with The Frankston Citizen and Lake Palestine Chamber of Commerce, is sponsoring the day-long catfish tournament in an effort to bring awareness to the Lake and increase tourism and boost the local economy.

 

American Red Cross Golf Tournament—Tyler, Texas, March 31

Brookshire’s is proud to sponsor the American Red Cross golf tournament at Emerald Bay Golf Club. This annual tournament raises funds for the Red Cross disaster relief fund.
