Mango Tango Dip

Ingredients:

Mission® Extra Thin Chips

1 cup canned black beans, drained

1/2 cup chopped mango (fresh or from a jar), with 2 Tbs juice reserved

2 Tbs red onion, finely chopped

2 tsp ground cumin

1 Tbs chopped cilantro

2 tsp lime juice

 

Directions:

Mash black beans with a fork. Add mango, mango juice, onion, cumin, cilantro and lime juice; combine evenly. Serve cold with chips.
