Prep time: 5 minutes, plus freezing
Ingredients:
1 (6 oz) container vanilla yogurt
1/2 ripe mango (peeled, pitted and chopped)
Directions:
Stir ingredients together well, or quickly process in the blender. Pour into ice cube trays or frozen ice-pop molds and freeze until solid.
Use a knife to cut frozen cubes into manageable bits, or remove the sticks from the ice pop molds (so baby doesn't choke).
This is a refreshing treat for hot, summer days!
