Don't miss Chef D Noble from Noble House Catering and Events in Longview. Chef D has an outstanding reputation for fine cuisine, and his success comes from more than 20 years of experience in east Texas and the Dallas metroplex. Chef D is a member of the Texas Chefs Association, American Culinary Federation, National Association of Catering Executives and World Association of Chefs Societies. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Chef D will be in the Celebrate Cooking Tasting Station inside No. 51, where he will prepare a recipe each hour. Recipe cards will be available to put in the Celebrate Cooking binders.
