Instant Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Instant Strawberry Frozen YogurtServes 2

Prep time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries, cut into chunks

1 Tbs honey

1 (6 oz) container plain low-fat or vanilla yogurt

 

 

 

Directions:

Place the strawberries in a food processor or blender. Pulse 10 times to finely chop. Add the honey and yogurt. Process 90 seconds, or until smooth with a few chunks remaining. Scrape down the sides as needed.

 

Serve immediately—you’ll think you have ice cream! Experiment with other types of fruit.
