Homemade Mozzarella SticksWho doesn't love mozzarella sticks? Melted cheese in a crispy coating, dipped in warm tomato sauce…it's heaven. But it can be hard to make these at home, because if you're not careful, you'll end up with melted cheese everywhere….except on your plate. Here's a twist on mozzarella sticks that lets you bake, not deep-fry, the cheese. And because these treats are wrapped in puff pastry, they're light and crispy, instead of greasy and heavy. How can you go wrong?
