Ham Sandwich, Hold the Bread
Who says a sandwich has to have bread?

When you're trying to cut calories, sandwiches can be a dangerous food item; so many of the toppings are full of calories, fat grams and carbohydrates.
Every once in a while, though, creativity helps you come up with a way to enjoy the best parts of a sandwich without having to endure the less-healthy aspects.
Take the old favorite: ham and cheese. With a little ingenuity, you can still enjoy all the taste and feel far less guilt!
Note: Use your favorite deli meat instead of ham. Turkey and roast beef are great choices!
