GRAND SALINE, TEXAS--The Brookshire’s Food Store in Grand Saline unveiled a whole new look Oct. 4 after an extensive remodel.
The 30,000-square-foot store now has a fresh new look and many new services including a new pharmacy with a drive-through window, enhanced deli, bakery and produce departments, new store front and new décor package.
“We’re very proud of the new additions and updates to the store,” said Ron Elliott, store director. “We want to thank our customers for their patience during our renovations.”
The pharmacy handles name brand and generic prescription and non-prescription drugs and features a large selection of other health and beauty items. The pharmacy is open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and is closed Sunday.
The new décor package reflects Grand Saline’s rich salt mining history. Customers can see black and white photos of Grand Saline’s past and the town’s development.
The store has also added new sales cases to the deli, bakery and produce departments in order to expand the selection.
The store is open from 6 a.m. to seven days a week and accepts most major credit cards, debit cards and WIC. Western Union and money order services are also available.
