If you're one of the many egg-nog-loving folks around, you're very aware that egg nog season is almost over. Once January rolls around, it'll be harder and harder to find any on the shelves. But on the off chance that you have some extra egg nog in your refrigerator, here are some last-minute suggestions on how to use up your containers of golden goodness:
- Substitute it for milk in pudding recipes. Crème Brulee is especially good when made with egg nog.
- Use it for making pancakes, French toast and muffins and have a fabulous New Year's brunch!
- Bread pudding? Say no more!
- Drink it! Egg nog tastes like melted ice cream…who could ask for anything better?
