Fun but Healthy Dips

Fun but Healthy DipsAdd some fun to food!

Sometimes children need a little prodding to eat what’s good for them. Heck, sometimes adults need a prod, too!

If you’re trying to add a little interest to foods, why not consider a dip?

Just as salsa makes tortilla chips more exciting, ranch dressing can do wonders for baby carrots!

Here are some other ideas:

          • Try mixing fat free sour cream with fresh squeezed lime and chopped cilantro.
          • Try mixing fat free mayo with crushed dill and garlic.
          • Try mixing Dijon mustard and a bit of honey.
          • Try mixing low sugar ketchup with a bit of chili powder.

And to jazz up fruit, try using fat free vanilla yogurt or fat free chocolate pudding for a dip.
