Fruits and Veggies: More Matters!

Do you remember seeing signs and promotions for fruit and veggies that asked you to eat at least five servings of produce a day? That was sponsored by Produce for Better Health. The Five a Day campaign has been replaced by one with a more general, encouraging theme. Now they're simply saying that More Matters. No matter how much (or how little) produce you're including in your diet, you can always benefit from eating more.
