Got a craving for French fries, but don’t need that super-sized bag of frozen spuds? Grab two baking potatoes (one per person), or four small red potatoes, and make the perfect amount of fries at home.
Cut baking potatoes length-wise into French fry strips or cube red potatoes (getting about 12 cubes from each potato). Place in a gallon zip-top plastic bag. Add some extra virgin olive oil and Kosher salt. Seal the bag and shake to coat well.
Spread in a single layer onto a baking sheet misted with nonstick cooking spray. Put them in the oven at 425 degrees for about 35 minutes or until they’re brown and crispy. Enjoy!
