Creamy Fruit with Tofu

Babies haven't heard the rumor that tofu is icky. Let's keep it that way with this yummy, high-protein treat!

 

Serves 4 (baby-sized servings)

Prep time: 15 minutes

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1/3 cup mixed dried fruit

1/2 cup water

3 oz (1/2 cup) soft or silken tofu

2 Tbs yogurt

 

Directions:

Cover the fruit with water and simmer about 10 minutes, or until soft. Blend together with the tofu and yogurt.
