Where Can I Get A FREE Thank You Card? Applications are available at the store office of all Brookshire’s stores. Fill out the application and return it to the store office to receive your Thank You Card, and two or four key tags. When you begin to check out, your cashier will scan your Thank You Card and your savings will be shown on the bottom of your receipt. It’s that EASY!
Why has Brookshire’s started this program? The main purpose of the program is to thank and reward customers for their patronage. Although some competitors offer similar programs, we believe ours is unsurpassed in its rewards for repeat customers. It is another way to show our loyalty for customers’ support and reward new customers who choose our stores.
What is the value of the card? In addition to receiving advertised specials, customers who frequently use the card will benefit from other special offers such as discounts and free offers on products they regularly buy. The Thank You Card offers “Brookshire’s Beginners,” a baby club designed for expectant parents and parents with children under age three and “Brookshire’s Kids Club” a club designed for children ages three to ten. Customers who reach certain spending levels during a specified period may receive discount coupons for their groceries; gifts; and chances to win sweepstakes. Other benefits include free membership, and special offers on gasoline where available (in Texas and Arkansas). Also, local business tie-ins for discounts or free offers are available in many areas.
Who sees the personal information on the application? We have a very strict privacy policy and assure you your information will not be sold or shared with anyone outside our company for advertising or solicitation purposes. The information is maintained by the Marketing department and is shared on a very limited basis with key company leaders. Do I have to give my address and phone number to get a card? We need your address and phone number to provide you with offers related to products you routinely buy and to notify you if you have won a sweepstakes. If you do not wish to provide this information, you will not receive offers through the mail.
Are my purchases recorded? Shopping transactions are recorded so we may serve customers better and reward them with offers related to products they routinely buy. Card use and shopping habits are normally viewed in groups rather than individually.
Must I have the card to get advertised specials? Customers must use the Thank You Card to receive advertised specials. This is to encourage card use and to let customers know about savings (shown at bottom of receipt) they receive with the card.
What happens if I don’t have my Thank You Card with me when I shop? It is very important to use your Thank You Card every time you shop. If you do not use your card, you are not eligible to win sweepstakes and work toward spending rewards. If you forget to bring your card, the cashier can use your telephone number at the register (provided it is at least four weeks from the time you signed up). We also offer a card and two key tags for customers to use. The key tag fits on a key ring and can easily be scanned by the cashier. Plus, if your keys are lost, they can be dropped in any mailbox and the Post Office will send them to our Tyler office. We have returned thousands of keys since the beginning of the program and customers are amazed and thankful to get them back, postage paid by Brookshire’s. This is another way we can show our loyalty to customers who shop in our stores and use the Thank You Card.
What if I don’t want to receive anything in the mail? Customers who “opt out” by checking the designated box on the application will not receive offers linked to the program. If you did not opt out and would like to, you can fill out a change form at the store office. If you opted out and now want to receive the offers, you also must fill out a change form.
How do I update my Thank You Card information? If your address or phone number changes, please let us know so you can continue to receive all of the benefits of the Thank You Card. Change forms are available at the store office in all Brookshire’s stores. Please fill out changes and return to the store office. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. You may also call 888-937-3776 or e-mail werelistening@brookshires.com to update your information.
How do I get a replacement Thank You Card? If you lose your Thank You Card or you need a replacement card, please go to the store office at any Brookshire’s store. You will fill out a new application and receive your new card.
