Program Details

 

• To be eligible to receive credit for your weekly shopping, you must spend $35 or more in a single order, after all discounts and exclusions, and use your Thank You Card.
• Orders exclude sales tax, gasoline, service desk transactions, Brookshire Grocery Company Gift Cards, postage stamps, and ticket sales.
• Week numbers change each Wednesday beginning May 14, 2008.
• First qualifying order must take place on or before June 3, 2008 in order to potentially qualify for your FREE 3-Piece Luggage Set.
• There is a limit of one (1) 3-Piece Luggage Set reward per household, based on customer information in the Brookshire's Thank You Card database. Redemption period continues from July 30 through September 2, 2008.
• If Luggage Set inventories are depleted, we reserve the right to substitute a reward of equal value.
• If, for any reason, the Brookshire's Luggage Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned, by reason of infection by computer virus, software bugs, tampering or unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or for any other cause beyond the control of Brookshire's or if there is any issue to affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or conduct of this Giveaway, Brookshire's reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all or part of this Giveaway.
• Brookshire's reserves the right to disqualify any recipients determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Brookshire's Luggage Giveaway or the Thank You Card database.
• Non-response by the reward recipient, not meeting eligibility requirements, not complying with the requirements of the Giveaway or choosing to decline the reward for any reason will be considered recipient’s forfeiture of reward.
• This Giveaway, and all of its parts, is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Brookshire Grocery Company, its affiliates, parents and subsidiaries, and the employees, officers and directors of all such parties assume no responsibility or liability for, and all participants agree to release and hold them harmless from and against, any damages, injuries, losses, claims or causes of action of any kind arising from participation in this promotion, the operation of this Contest or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the reward.
• The Brookshire's Luggage Giveaway is valid only at participating Brookshire store locations.
