Corporate Spelling Bee- Tyler, Texas, Aug. 12

Brookshire’s will again help sponsor the Corporate Spelling Bee hosted by the Literacy Council of Tyler. Proceeds benefit the many programs the Literacy Council offers to adults in the community.

 

Comanche Mini Day Camp- Comanche, Texas, Aug. 12

The Foster’s Home Family Care Program hosts a mini day camp at which they provide each child school supplies for the upcoming year.

 

Medical Professionals and Volunteers Seminar- Tyler, Texas, Aug. 8-9

Therapet is a non-profit organization that uses animals to facilitate the healing and rehabilitation of acute and chronically ill or injured patients. Therapet holds an annual seminar for volunteers nationwide.

 

Back to School Round Up- Hawkins, Texas, Aug. 8

Hawkins Elementary will host the 2nd annual round up for students in kindergarten through 5th grade. This is a time to come enjoy family-fun activities.
