Apple and Grape Salad

Apple and Grape Salad

Prep time: 10 minutes, plus freezing

Ingredients:

30 seedless grapes, halved

2 apples, cored and diced

1 cup low-fat yogurt

3 Tbs sour cream

2 Tbs honey, warmed* (see note)

 

Directions:

Place grapes in the freezer for 30 minutes.  Combine with the apples. Mix yogurt, sour cream and honey together and pour over the fruit.

 

*Note: Babies under one year old should not eat uncooked honey, so substitute sugar in this recipe.
