When you have a busy family to cook for, sometimes you run out of ideas and resort to the same old things week after week. What about dessert? Would you like a few ideas for a fancy treat that is also quick and easy?

Vanilla ice cream: yum! With just a little creativity, though, you can turn a scoop of ice cream into a really remarkable dessert.

For a Cracker Jack Sundae, top ice cream with a drizzle of caramel syrup, popcorn and peanuts!

Make a Pina Colada Sundae: add pineapple chunks and shredded coconut.

And for a S’Mores Sundae, drizzle on the hot fudge and top with mini marshmallows and broken up graham crackers.

Now THAT’S a dessert!
