A Healthy and Sweet Valentine's Treat!
Yogurt and fruit is a winning combination!

We all know we should eat more fresh foods, but sometimes it's hard to think of good ideas. For Valentine's Day, here's an easy and tasty treat that uses yogurt and fruit. If you can't find fresh fruit, try using frozen ones. They're just as good for you, and they taste wonderful!
If you do use frozen fruit, be sure to thaw it before making your treats. Cut into bite-sized pieces with a plastic knife to be extra safe. This treat can be made in individual dessert dishes, or in one large serving bowl—but either way, it looks extra-special when you can serve it in a clear container to see the different layers of color.
