Terms of logo use:

1. Logos may not  be altered in any way, or combined with any other names, marks or logos.
2. Permission must be requested and granted if logo is to be used in any manner which implies sponsorship or endorsement of your product, service, or Internet site.
3. The logo may not be used to disparage Brookshire Grocery Co.'s stores, services or products.
4. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY BGC FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE LOGOS.
5. BGC in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify your permission to use the Logos at any time.
