DEMO SCHEDULING AGREEMENT


Demo Charges

The price for a demo is $110 for a six-hour demo. Additional charges will be added for any demo supply cost, such as product sampled, napkins, cups, etc. Shipping charges that occur for the demo (if necessary to send supplies, coupons or other peripherals) will be additional.


Times

Unless otherwise indicated, all demos will be scheduled for 12 pm to 6 pm (this will encompass lunch, after school, after work and the bulk of Saturday traffic times)


Cancellation Fees

Full program reschedule or cancellation of twenty stores or more, $15 per store; cancellation five days or less before demo, $20 per store; cancellation of two days or less before demo, $25 per store.


Category Manager Approval

The Category Manager in charge of the item(s) to be demo’ed must have approved the demonstration before it can be scheduled. If you have not already done so, please contact the Category Manager for approval, then return to this system to schedule.
