Rick Griffith has been named store director at the Brookshire’s in Cisco, Texas, while Cory Criswell has moved to the store in Comanche, Texas, as store director.
Griffith is a 26-year BGC employee who has served as store director in Comanche since 2005. He joined the company in 1984 as a perishable stocker in Tyler and worked in several Tyler stores before being promoted to assistant store manager in Mineola in 1985. He also served as assistant store manager at stores in Quitman, Gladewater, Longview, Gilmer and Paris. In 1992 he was promoted to store director in Paris and has since served in that capacity in Hillsboro and in Clifton, in addition to the Comanche store.
Criswell joined the company in 2000 as a utility clerk in Ruston, La., and worked in Louisiana stores in Arcadia and Farmerville as a stocker, perishable manager, grocery manager and assistant store manager. He moved to Springtown, Texas, in 2007 as assistant store manager and then served in Weatherford and in Aledo before being promoted to store director in Eastland. Most recently, he served as store director in Crowley.
