Hass avocadoes are on-sale this week at Brookshire’s.
Pick some up to try some homemade guacamole!
Prep Time: 15 minutes, plus chilling
4 avocadoes, peeled and pit removed
2 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tsp cumin
2 Tbs cilantro leaves, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tomato, chopped
In a medium bowl, mash avocadoes with a fork. Mix-in lime juice, salt, cumin, and cilantro leaves. Fold-in onion, cloves, and tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
