Prep Time: 10 minutes, plus freezing
2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
3 cups Goldenbrook Watermelon Sherbet
1 cup 2% milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
In a blender, add seedless watermelon and blend until smooth. In a large bowl, combine watermelon juice with remaining ingredients and mix by hand.
Place sherbet mixture into cups or popsicle molds. Place sherbet mix in the freezer. If using a cup, let sherbet get firm and add craft stick. Place back in freezer. Freeze until firm.
